The cutting unit for fabric ends is available first of all for cutting of light weight, thin woven and knitted fabrics, linings, etc.
\nThe equipment consists of three main parts:
\n\u2013 lifting and cutting device,
\n\u2013 selvage clamper,
\n\u2013 winding-off device.<\/p>\n

The hand-operated lifting device is easy to handle. It can be fixed in two different heights by blocking. The fixing parts fit to the current table dimensions, thus, when ordering this device for an existing laying table, its exact dimensions should be given. For cutting a manually operated round knife cutting machine is used which runs in a guide and has lengthened shaft. Starting and stopping of operation of the cutting machine is made automatically.<\/p>\n

The fabric to be cut is unwound from the roll on the stand. The roll shaft rests on bearings, its revolution speed can be regulated by brake. The fixing parts fit to the current table dimensions. To lay right side opposite to right side, the fabric roll now can be turned round on a vertical shaft.<\/p>\n

The cutting unit can be ordered together with laying table. The table is 2000 mm wide, its length can be extended free by 1000 mm long units. The table board is mounted on stiff metal framework.<\/p>\n
